Our Promise: Returns, Replacements & Real Talk

We’ve got your back. Every product we offer is made just for you — custom printed and shipped through our print partner (Printify). That means each item is one-of-a-kind, just like our customers.

 

So here’s the deal: 

We’ll Make It Right If…

If something’s off, we’ll fix it. Period.

You’re covered if:

  • Your item shows up damaged or misprinted
  • You received the wrong size, design, or color
  • Your order was beat up during delivery

📸 Just send us a quick photo and your order number within 7 days of delivery. We’ll get a replacement or refund headed your way fast.

 

What We Can’t Accept (Just Being Honest)

Since your item is made to order, we can’t take returns for:

  • Changing your mind
  • Ordering the wrong size (we include size charts to help avoid this!)
  • Slight color variations — screens and fabric printers don’t always sync 100%
